Difficult to Download
It has never been easier than before; my website is now completed. I am still on the process of learning how to make website and it is quite interesting. I could modify and put any accessories and animation on the website display, adding some pages with the same as or different performance from the index or home page. All are done by me myself without someone else’s help, and I make and save it all in my personal computer without getting connected to the internet.
It actually takes me days to complete only three pages of my personal website; but it has given me a lot of pleasure and pleasant time in the meantime. There have been a lot of animation and flash images put on all pages created, and many pictures are added including my autograph. I have shown my creation to my friend and he said that it is terrific. Thanks. Yet he reminded me that more images, big ones, and too much animation and/or flash images would make my website get trouble during downloading. I actually don’t really comprehend about it. He then simply asked me to connect to the internet and showed me something. He explained that we were to visit a website randomly. He typed a name of a domain at the search bar. Then the display of the visited website appeared in a very nice background color; however, it was so slow and got me bored to wait until the whole page completely showed up.
My friend asked me and told that what I learnt from the still-being-waited display would also happen to other people when they visit my web later on. O, I see. I understand now. Though my website pages are so nice looking and very cheerful, but if the display takes too long to download, people visiting my website will also feel the same as I did. Alright, there must be something to do to minimize my homepage performance. I must eliminate some unnecessary images or animation, or perhaps I have to restart making the pages again. Well, it is Ok. The most important thing is that my website homepage is excellent and very easily downloadable.
